30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. You have
30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Plaques (Plaks) must be returned without damage, wear, or modification, including all accessories
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- All stamps or stamp plate blocks must be unaltered, and in exact condition they were sold as
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
- Returns are free; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item,
please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado,
without regard to its conflict of law principles.
